Updated version of the Biophysical Society TV feature about the Nano-Optics Division at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light including some of my work (2017).

Video description: “The Nano-optics Division of the Max Planck Institute for Science of Light was founded in 2009 by combining techniques from quantum optics, near-field optics and single molecule detection, creating the study of Nano-Optics. The division is interested in any research where light plays a central role. Typical research questions include, How is light created? The division is also very active in Biophotonic research have had recently received a grant to set up a new Max Planck centre for Physics and Medicine.”
